This research, performed by Prof. dr. Nijkamp and Paul Vulto on behalf of ScienceWorks B.V. and the Free University of Amsterdam, focuses on the performance of so called 'creative hotspots'. The Technopolicy Network's Model is used in assessing the regional innovation performance of this region, providing insights in the opportunities ahead for these clusters.

The paper was based on a case study performed for the clusters in East Netherlands.
